### Step 2. Plan your NFT workflow

Determine your goals with the Enefits platform.  

**Brands**

If you are a brand looking to use NFTs to connect with your audience or customer base, you can use Enefits to:

- Find new customers or users by creating a new offer and then target specific NFT holders.
- Create a new NFT collection and then promote to your audience
- Run an airdrop campaign that gives NFT holders of another collection an exclusive NFT you've created
- Give "gated access" to experiences on your website, in your app or within your store.

**NFT Creators**

If you're an NFT creator, you can use Enefits to:

- Create an NFT collection from scratch and then sell them on marketplaces like OpenSea and others
- Enhance your existing NFT collection by finding offers to attach to it to make it more appealing to prospective owners.

## Workflows

Depending on your goals, you'll want to take follow a "recipe" to get things going with Enefits.  We call these *Workflows* and you can see an example of a *Goal* and the associated *Workflow*.  

Goal: Create an NFT and sell on OpenSea

Goal: Create a collection of NFTs and make available to my audience.

Goal: Enhance my existing NFT collection made elsewhere with offers

Goal: Give access to certain areas of my website/app if they hold NFTs from a collection I created.

Goal: Give access to certain areas of my website/app if they hold NFTs from a third-party collection.

Goal: Promote my brand to third-party NFT holders.
