The MATIC token on Polygon is the currency that powers creating native collections, minting and transferring NFTs on Enefits.

There are two ways to get MATIC so that it is available to your Enefits account.

Buy MATIC directly from Enefits

Enefits allows you to purchase MATIC directly on the platform with a debit/credit card.

Step 1. Log into your Enefits account

Step 2. Click on the Profile icon in the top-right corner to expand the Profile Menu and select BUY MATIC

Step 3. Enter your payment information (credit card details) as requested

Step 4. Enter the amount of MATIC desired and confirm purchase

Once you complete your purchase, the MATIC will be deposited into your Enefits account and you may then create and transfer NFTs which will draw MATIC from this balance until another MATIC purchase is necessary.

Note that MATIC purchases on the Enefits platform are non-refundable and are only for NFT transaction purposes. Enefits is not a money/cryptocurrency exchange.

Buy MATIC from an exchange and transfer into your Enefits account

To get MATIC, you can follow the guide below to acquire MATIC tokens and then send them to your Enefits account so they are available.

Step 1. Sign up for an account at Kraken and buy MATIC.

Step 2. Set up a MetaMask wallet (if you do not have one already)

Step 3. Transfer MATIC from your Kraken account to your MetaMask wallet

Step 4. Convert Ethereum MATIC to Polygon MATIC using the Polygon Bridge

Step 5. Transfer Polygon MATIC to your Enefits Account Address
